How In-Browser Google SERP Simulation Works
Google SERP Snippet Simulator runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. There is no sign-up, and whatever you type or open here is processed on your device instead of being sent to a server.
Simulate Desktop Google Search Snippets Instantly
Preview how your webpage title tag, meta description and URL may appear in Google's desktop search results before publishing. Measure the pixel width of your title (cut at about 600 px) and description (about 920 px, two lines) the way Google's desktop results are laid out, to avoid truncation dots.
Unicode and Emoji Width Estimates
Unlike primitive character-only counters, this simulator measures approximate rendering widths using real proportional font metrics. Emojis and international characters are measured and cut as whole characters, never split in half, but their width depends on your device's fonts, so treat it as an estimate.
International Domain Name (IDN) Display
Internationalized domain names typed with umlauts and accents (e.g. mรผnchen.de) are shown in Unicode as typed, the way Google displays them, instead of being turned into punycode.
Why processing in your browser matters
Many online tools upload your files or text to a server to process them. This one does the work on your computer or phone, so your data is not sent to us or stored anywhere else. That lowers the risk when you work with confidential material, although you should still follow your organisation's own rules. Read how this works in our Privacy Policy.
- No uploads: files are opened and saved on your device, so there is no upload or download wait.
- No account: nothing to sign up for or install.
- Free to use: no subscriptions or paywalls.
